As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, I have a strong background in guided relaxation and visualization. In our two hour Dream Birth session, I’ll take you through a powerful visualization technique that allows you to tap into your inner wisdom and experience your dream labor and birth in your mind’s eye.
From there, we will pull together all the meaningful elements of your “dream” experience and come up with a birth plan that incorporates all the little details that made your vision so powerful and comforting. This is a beautiful experience that empowers mothers to relax, dream, experience and create in a state of peace, trust and flow.

Birth Doula Support Package
This package includes two 60 minute prenatal visits (client intake discussion and birth plan review, breathing & labor positions practice with you and your birth partner, essential oils overview), 24x7 on-call services beginning at 38 weeks until you deliver, phone and text support as labor begins, in-person labor & birth support, up to 2 hours postpartum support after your baby is born with breastfeeding assistance, and 1 postpartum visit.
