Lara is a wonderful doula and I highly recommend her! She made me feel so comfortable, right from the very start. Her knowledge is extensive and her presence during the birth of my son was a tremendous help. She was there for me as I labored at home, helping me find comforting positions that helped me rest and even sleep a bit during early labor. At the hospital, she supported me through active labor and was absolutely wonderful! I’m so glad I chose her as my birth doula!

When I first met Lara, I knew she was the doula for me. Kind, warm, and very knowledgeable, Lara and I connected instantly. She was amazing for me as a birth coach when It came to my birthing experience. Lara was very calming and reassuring, helping me with my breathing, saying positive words of encouragement and rubbing nice essential oils on my forehead and behind my ears to help (which works wonders by the way!). She held my hand and just coached me through it all until my wonderful baby boy arrived in to the world. I honestly could not have done it without her! And I know other women will love having her as their Doula as well. I can’t recommend her enough and sing her praises to everyone!
