Nicole Magaddino
FOUNDER
Nicole is a trusted advisor and partner to Bay Area organizations, with nearly 20 years of expertise in the recruitment of Accounting, Finance, and Administrative professionals.
She has been in your position as both a candidate and a hiring manager and founded Propel Recruitment to ensure that your experience is one she would expect in your position. Her deep understanding of the requirements of specific functional roles makes her an effective advisor and search partner.
Prior to her career in recruiting, Nicole served in the Assurance practice of KPMG – San Francisco where she supervised audits in a variety of industries and served as a National Instructor.
Nicole holds a B.A. in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has been highly successful throughout her career including recognition as a Worldwide Sales Award Winner (a top 10 Global Ranking).
Nicole is also involved within the community serving as the Board of Trustees Chair, and formerly the President of the Day School Parents Association, at the Episcopal Day School of St. Matthew and is a Board member of the Hillsborough Auxiliary to Peninsula Family Service.
When not in the office, you will find Nicole spending time with her family, watching sports (namely football, college basketball, and hockey), traveling, and reading (auto)biographies.
